walked down stairs and i stepped into a big puddle of water. tbf there is a cyclone going on rn but we are like on top of a hill Lol. found the culprit after - little tiny bit of plastic was covering what was apparently the only drain of the whole house. also our neighbours are so annoying just putting that out there - not really related but just want it to be known.

want to release this music under something that just isnt my name. something that can hopefully grow alongside me naturally. had the name idea in my notes for ages and decided to do something with it today.
ideally it could function as somewhat of an open source label, but just whatever i want to put out through it - like if someone has a song or something that they want to put out on microshoulder, they can submit it, and if it gives me that undescribable feeling , they can release it thru there. also want it to be not for profit; just a title/overarching body. sort of like a stamp of approval for a song.
will do more on it later. at least it is born now.

might just be one of the coolest thins in brisbane. did a photo shoot here today for the new shirts. drove about 40 mins there with rei and kelsey. i honestly didnt realise how big deer could get. i want to come back and give the owner a shirt once they are made - she was so accomodating. thanku lyell deer sanctuary.

bought this from reverse garbage today for like $60. was $100 a few months ago and i couldnt justify it but boom. good things come to those who wait.

it also says “must be operated by a licensed electrician on it”. lowkey used a stick to turn it on, and hid behind the wall. worked fine tho. boom. shg video in process.

ok this pic makes it look so much bigger than it actually is but my new room is deadset like 2 x 3m. honestly considering turning the whole thing into a studio and then sleeping in a tent on the balcony. but idk if i could do that for a whole year. and idk if my gf will like it. but besides that its awesome. very thankful to even have a room. dont want to sound ungrateful haha this new house is awesome. moved in with some of my favourite people.

started renting a studio to make music in bc my bedroom is so fucking small. there is legit no windows in here and apparently a few years ago in a flood, the roof fully caved in and destroyed the whole room. what a nice vibe. also behind the cupboard, there is about a billion loose wires just poking out of the wall. cant wait to make an EP here! #prison

even these vlogs take so goddamn long to edit. davinci was lowkey confusing when i started but getting used to it now. i feel like so many of these entries are just the most pointless shit ever hahaha.
i used to just use final cut pro for everything, and i would just use the colour wheels and adjust them randomly until it seemed to look about right lmao. that was the whole colouring process for the ‘prozac’ mv. i think i have defs gotten way better since then. if u wanna know what camera i shoot on its a lumix s5iix. i have done everything ive ever done on that camera. strong v-log supporter.

just set up in the backpackers we are staying in for playing our first sydney show. we r here for 3 days. we said we were doing a tour and went on to play one singular show in sydney hahahah.
tbf i have never stayed in a backpackers before but this was actually so good. i think it might have actually been bad for leaving too good of a first impression on the backpacking life. i was expecting to share a shower but we had our own private bathroom. s/o newtown backpackers you guys rule.
